1. Make a backup of the RMWin directory, this is most likely on the c:\ drive. Be sure to put it on a CD or USB memory stick  so you can take it with you.
2. Keep your antivirus definitions up to date..
3. Keep your malware definitions up to date.
4. Re-index your files often.
5. Restart your server and stations once a week.

Troubleshooting

One station freezes or won't start.

1. Check to make sure the network cable is plugged into the computer.
2. Check to see if the server is running.
3. Restart the server then after the server is running restart the station.
